Single Sheet Suction Foot Feeder DOD Piezoelectric Monochrome Inkjet System for Variable Data Printing
Industrial inkjet printing system based on DOD piezoelectric print technology. Is a high-performance monochrome sheet-fed inkjet system for variable data printing (VDP),
1.Single sheet suction foot feeder.
2.Ultrasonic double sheet detector.
3.Side registration, on an extra long conveyor table with ball guidance and provision to align the side of the paper .
4.Vacuum table on conveyor for holding paper down.
5.VDP print heads with provision for fine adjustment.
6.Special computer with flat screen for printing at high speed.
7.Provision for perforating, creasing and half cut sheets precisely in the direction of paper travel.
8.Delivery – standard collection tray with side stopper and back stopper .
9.Touch screen control panel with (HMI) Human Machine Interface.
10.Delivery stacker with receding pile and sensor for maintaining exact pile height and to jog the paper .

1.Accurate on-demand variable data printing control.
2.Intelligent ink system to ensure stable and continuous ink supply to print head.
3.Constant Pressure System (standard) or Negative Pressure System (optional) ensures stable printing at high speed.
4.Field upgradable firmware and system software.
5.Automatic ink shortage alarming by ink level sensors.
6.Head temperature setting and real-time monitoring.
